For a member with a nagging injury, this allows us to see if muscle imbalances are contributing to the pain. Nutrition is a central pillar of the protocol, integrating personalized strategies that support metabolic balance, recovery, and daily performance. Adrián builds a plan that accounts for your specific metabolic needs and goals. Our cold plunge is designed to support both high-performance athletes and everyday members looking to recover faster, feel better, and train consistently. Our coaches can help you determine when to use cold exposure based on your goals (fat loss, performance, hypertrophy, or longevity), ensuring it complements—not compromises—your training adaptations.
