The Vector Method

All martial arts training at Vector follows a proprietary methodology designed to move beyond traditional instruction. The Vector Method is a proprietary system for optimizing human performance. It brings together foundational fitness, athletic skill development, and overall health and wellness.

The Vector Method closes the gap between standard fitness protocols and a holistic performance system that traditionally is only easily available to professional athletes. It is accessible to athletes at every level –  from the true beginner to the professional competitor. By bringing these high-performance protocols to our community, we move beyond just exercise to a program specifically designed to enhance long-term health span. Martial Arts for Kids

At Vector, our kids’ Martial Arts program is designed to build more than just martial arts skills. Through structured classes, children develop confidence, discipline, focus, and respect — all while having fun in a safe, supportive environment. Our goal is to help every child grow stronger, both on and off the mats.
