Building Strong, Confident Movers—From the Start

At Vector, our kids programs are built around one core belief: Kids should learn how to move well before being asked to move hard.

Vector Kids focuses on developing strength, coordination, balance, and body awareness in a fun, structured environment—so children build confidence in their bodies and enjoy being active for life.

Whether your child is brand new to fitness, already plays sports, or simply needs a positive outlet for energy, Vector Kids provides a safe and supportive place to grow.

Why Parents Choose Vector

  • Coached, not chaotic

  • Emphasis on form and safety

  • Builds lifelong movement habits

  • Supports overall athletic development

Our goal is not to exhaust kids—it’s to help them move better, feel stronger, and enjoy being active.

Vector Kids Foundations (Movement & Fitness)

What This Program Is

Our Kids Foundations classes are designed to teach fundamental movement skills first—before adding intensity, load, or complexity. Sessions are coached, intentional, and age-appropriate, with an emphasis on quality over exhaustion.

What Kids Will Learn

Foundational skills:

  • Core stability and body control

  • Basic calisthenics
