    What You'll Do

    • Be the Welcome: Greet and check in members, guests, and retreat participants with genuine warmth and positive energy.

    • Build Community: Learn names, remember stories, and foster meaningful connections among our members.

    • Support New Members: Give facility tours, answer questions, and help people find their place at Vector.

    • Drive Membership Growth: Follow up with leads (phone, WhatsApp, email) and help convert interest into commitment.

    • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Maintain accurate records in our CRM and scheduling systems.

    • Promote & Sell: Share upcoming classes, retreats, and events; assist with nutrition products, cafe beverages, and merchandise sales.

    • Create an Inviting Space: Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean, organized, and energizing.

    • Collaborate: Work with the leadership team on member engagement initiatives and retention programs.

    Who You Are

    • A natural people-person with a "welcome home" energy

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

    • Comfortable with basic tech (Google Workspace, scheduling software, CRM)

    • Previous customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus

    • Passionate about fitness, martial arts, or wellness

  • At Vector, we’re creating Guanacaste’s premier martial arts and fitness center — a place where training, recovery, and wellness come together. To support our members’ performance and long-term health, we are seeking an experienced Sports Massage Therapist to provide on-site massage therapy sessions.

    Role Overview

    The Sports Massage Therapist will deliver targeted massage therapy to Vector members by appointment, focusing on recovery, injury prevention, and overall wellness. This is a part-time, flexible role, ideal for a professional massage therapist looking to expand their client base within a high-performance training environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide sports, deep tissue, and recovery-focused massage sessions tailored to each member’s needs.

    • Help athletes and members improve mobility, reduce soreness, and enhance recovery between training sessions.

    • Maintain a professional, welcoming environment in Vector’s dedicated treatment area.

    • Collaborate with Vector coaches to align recovery treatments with members’ training goals.

    • Manage client records as needed (session notes, special considerations).

    • Educate members on the role of massage in performance, recovery, and long-term wellness.

    Qualifications

    • Certified/licensed massage therapist with training in sports massage, deep tissue, and recovery modalities.

    • Experience working with athletes or in fitness/wellness environments (preferred).

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

    • Professional liability insurance (preferred/required depending on structure).
