A man with dark curly hair and a beard, wearing a black shirt, is speaking and gesturing with his hand while engaged in conversation.

We’re looking for people who thrive on hard work, continuous improvement, and collaboration, and who bring energy and positivity to everything they do. Around here, we don’t believe in saying “that’s not my job” — we jump in, roll up our sleeves, and do whatever it takes to make the member experience outstanding. If you’re someone who pushes yourself, lifts up others, and knows how to have fun while getting results, you’ll fit right in at Vector.
