Payment & Balance
The total workshop price is USD $799. Participants choosing the deposit option pay USD $299 at registration, which is applied toward the total workshop fee. The remaining USD $500 balance is due no later than 60 days before the workshop.
Deposit & Cancellation
The initial USD $299 registration payment is non-refundable. Additional cancellation, transfer, and refund conditions are governed by the workshop terms presented during purchase.
Travel & Accommodation
Travel, airfare, ground transportation, lodging, and other personal travel expenses are not included in the workshop fee unless expressly stated otherwise. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation and accommodations.
Mat Rules & Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain good personal hygiene, wear clean training gear for every session, keep fingernails and toenails trimmed, and wear a rash guard underneath any gi. Anyone who is ill, has a contagious condition, or has a skin infection may not participate until fully recovered. All cuts or abrasions must be securely covered before training. Jewelry, watches, and other hard or sharp objects are not permitted on the mats.
Shoes are strictly prohibited on the training mats. Appropriate footwear must be worn whenever off the mats, including in restroom areas. Participants should arrive on time, remain attentive during instruction, and refrain from food, chewing gum, and mobile-phone use on the training area.
Training must always be conducted with control, respect, and consideration for training partners. Participants agree to immediately respect a partner's tap, match their partner's intensity, and avoid reckless or dangerous behavior including slamming, uncontrolled takedowns, or techniques they cannot safely perform. Every participant has the right to decline any training round or partner.
Vector maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior. Vector reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with these standards, without refund.
