Build lower-body attacks into a complete No-Gi game
Four immersive days learning how to connect leg attacks with guard retention, passing, sweeping, back takes, and positional advancement—without abandoning the rest of your Jiu-Jitsu.
Leg locks shouldn't be a separate game.
The goal is not to abandon positional Jiu-Jitsu in favor of lower-body attacks. It is to understand how the two fit together.
In this four-day workshop, Robert Diggle will show how leg entanglements can be integrated into a complete No-Gi system, connecting naturally with guard retention, sweeping, passing, back takes, and positional control.
Rather than treating heel hooks and lower-body submissions as isolated techniques, you'll build clear entry pathways, stronger control mechanics, and better decision-making around when to attack, when to transition, and when to use the threat of a submission to advance position.
What you'll build.
A practical framework for integrating lower-body offense into the rest of your No-Gi game.
Enter
Develop reliable pathways into dominant leg entanglements from guards, scrambles, sweeps, and transitional positions.
Control
Understand the control principles that make leg entanglements stable, difficult to counter, and safer to attack from.
Attack
Improve finishing mechanics for heel hooks and other lower-body submissions without sacrificing positional awareness.
Transition
Connect leg attacks to sweeping, passing, back takes, and upper-body offense instead of getting trapped in one position.
Decide
Learn when to finish, when to transition, and when the threat of a leg attack is more valuable than the submission itself.

Robert Diggle is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and internationally experienced No-Gi coach known for breaking complex positions into clear, usable systems.
Originally a philosophy student at Queens College, Robert ultimately chose professional grappling over academia—but the structured, analytical approach stayed. His teaching emphasizes frameworks, decision-making, and understanding why positions work rather than memorizing disconnected techniques.
He has taught Jiu-Jitsu in 30 countries and built a competitive record across ADCC Opens, Grappling Industries, NAGA, IBJJF, and professional superfight events around the world.
