Grace Cabanas

Grace Cabanas Urquilla is an osteopath and licensed physical therapist with over 21 years of experience in physical therapy and nine years specializing in osteopathy. She works with a range of musculoskeletal concerns, including sports injuries, chronic pain, headaches, migraines, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction.

With a Master's degree in Osteopathy from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and additional certification in dry needling, Grace combines detailed musculoskeletal assessment with hands-on treatment and individualized rehabilitation planning. Her approach integrates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to support recovery, improve movement, and help clients return to the activities they enjoy.
